Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of WBM (WhatsApp Business Management) by Gravbox. Please read them carefully.

Works with Official API
Only the official WhatsApp Business Platform is supported.
You own your obligations
You must follow Meta policies and local laws.
Separate Meta fees
Message fees to Meta are separate from WBM plan fees.

1) Eligibility & Account

  • You must be legally able to enter into contracts and act on behalf of a business or organization.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete onboarding information and keep it updated.

2) WhatsApp Business API

  • The Service works only with the official WhatsApp Business Platform.
  • You must comply with WhatsApp/Meta policies, template guidelines, and opt-in requirements.
  • Delivery, template approvals, quality ratings, and number status are controlled by Meta.
  • You are responsible for completing Meta verification and maintaining compliance.

3) Plans, Limits & Billing

  • Plan features and limits (users, contacts, storage, messaging) are listed on our pricing page.
  • Meta message fees are paid by you directly to Meta.
  • Platform fees are billed monthly or yearly; taxes may apply.
  • Extra storage may be billed per GB per month.
  • Upgrades/downgrades typically apply next billing cycle.
  • Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Free plan features may change or be discontinued.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to allow others to:

  • Send unsolicited/spam messages or messages without consent.
  • Violate laws or third-party rights (privacy, IP, anti-spam).
  • Transmit harmful code or circumvent security/rate limits.
  • Use the Service for illegal, deceptive, or harmful content.

5) Data, Privacy & Retention

  • We store the minimum data necessary to operate the Service.
  • Within plan limits, message history and media may be retained; you manage retention and storage usage.
  • We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
  • Upload only content you have rights to process and provide required notices and consents to end users.

6) Security

  • We implement administrative and technical safeguards for your data.
  • No system is 100% secure; protect your devices and API credentials.

7) Service Availability

  • We strive for reliability and may auto-retry failed messages.
  • Maintenance or third-party outages (including Meta) may affect availability; some features may be in beta.

8) Suspension & Termination

  • We may suspend/terminate for non-payment, policy violations, or risk of harm.
  • You may stop using the Service anytime. After termination, access ceases and data may be deleted after a reasonable period or as required by law.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid to us for the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or law.

12) Changes to the Service or Terms

  • We may modify the Service or these Terms due to operational or legal needs.
  • For material changes, we may provide notice (e.g., in-app or email). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
